Cellular Device's
What i think she be done about cell phones.... well.. huh that a kind of tough question but i think that they should be able to have them on and be used only if its a emergency or if they have to keep a heads up on something important like family in the hospital or something about a sick or loved one. but then again that can be used as some "A" hole kid say " my mom is in the hospital so i need to be texting my girlfriend". it does not sound that likely but it most likely would happen a few times. how they should monitor it i would be pretty easy i do think that if something like that is happening they should have a parent or guardian sign a paper saying whats going on and why i need to have my phone on and why i need to be texting so much.

Valid point but what if a kid is texting his/her girlfriend/boyfriend about weekend plans? What then? There are always ways of getting around the system you know.
Justin that is an amazing point of view. Plus your correct on the monitoring thing. If everyone gave up there cell numbers they could be monitored from a station in the school that could send it's own signals and scramble all cellphone usage. They can also allow certain frequencies to be band completely or allow only certain people to access there phones. Though our school is so poor that even talking about purchasing the 20 yard radius monitoring stations would be to extreme. Plus 20 yards is rather pointless.
