hero

I have meet a lot of people in my life so far, but i can't honestly say i have a hero. That's kind-of a sad thought but it is true. So many people to look up to for several different things they have done or do. The biggest thing that comes to my mind would have to be my grandfathers, who were in WWII and my grandmothers, who waited back home in the U.S. with the children. Those four people are some of the greatest heroes i can think of. Yes there are people who helped the world, but my grandparents helped people closer to them. Every time i look at my grandparents, the ones that are still alive, i can see it in them, the pain they have been through. It makes me appreciate them SO much more. They are wonderful people and great heroes.

I'm not a hero, if i was in a comic book, i would probably be the villain. hahaha. Nothing comes to mind of any great, heroic, thing i have done. I'm the little sister, so I am always saved, but nothing worthy to speak of.

I hope you don't mind that I published this, Tabby -- I saw it in the Drafts and thought it should be read. You can edit it or tell me to take it down, if you prefer.

This is good. I can agree with the idea that people that served our country should be revered as Heroes. My Grandfather also served in the Military and I too can see him differently. More Grizzled than the rest of us.
