Things stuck in your head? Lucky.

It's hard to imagine someone being bothered by having something stuck in their head. I can't remember a damned thing, let alone a minute thing such as a song. However, it has happened, on rare occasion. And on those rare occasions, it's something strange, like someone's name. I remember when I was in 7th grade I, for some reason, got Alison Hobizal's name stuck in my head for a week.

If it counts, some kind of self-aware mental torture thing was that I also, in 7th grade, forgot the rhythm of walking and walked hurky-jerky for about six months. Thankfully, nobody told me that they'd noticed. I also forgot how to naturally close my mouth, as in it'd be suctioned or just at a strange pressure, and I could never figure out what was normal. Obviously, I was not.

When I get songs stuck in my head, it's not because someone sang it, it's because I hear a little rhythm that matches it. I don't have this problem very often, but I will try to list them nonetheless.

1. I'd have to say the worst thing that gets stuck in my head are movie quotes. ESPECIALLY Zoolander quotes. The worst one recently is the quote from Mugatu: "Hansel, he's so hot right now, Hansel." Or the "I'm like a hot little potato." I dunno, pretty much everything from that movie is catchy and quotable. "A center for ANTS?" XD

2. Noah and Micah babble. This is what Xian and I call his little brothers' indecipherable babble that they use in the place of real English. Somehow they're able to recreate a specific babble phrase and give it meaning. For example, last night Noah (2 1/2) wanted to watch Winnie the Pooh, so he said "A withawithawithawithawithawitha pooooh?" Or Micah's blather(1 1/2), where he's just squealing around the house," Dubbadubbadubba." Or some pokemon breeeee! noises. Catchy.

3. Your team. SO catchy. Anytime I hear an" Oh mah gah" or I see some flannel mixed with a pair of sweat pants, a "your team!" slips. It gets tough though, because sometimes it happens with someone that doesn't know the rules, then I have to explain it. A good one was when Xian and I were leaving Safeway a few days back and this middle aged woman stuck her hand in the front of her pants. She heard me mimmick her all the way to both our cars. Whoops!

4. Spongebob actions. Or quotes. This only occurs though with either Xian or Demi, simply because they love Spongebob as much as I do. And because "I love you." :B

I'm pretty tired, and distracted by SNL, and I can't think of any more things that get stuck in my head.

And so, good night.
