You know what, I think everyone should get off there high horse about cheating.
Okay, yes its bad. And yes you dont learn anything, and yes its not the right thing to do.
BUT- NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO OR SAY ITS STILL GOING TO HAPPEN.
SO........GET OVER IT!
Really, in the future right now in the past there's always been cheating....its not changing there's no way to really stop it. So just give up. If you catch them doing it COOL, get them in trouble but if not oh well, dont complain....its over and done with. Really there's nothing you can do.

I get it now -- this and your global warming post (which I apologize for if my comment was too harsh): you're a fatalist. Everything that is going to happen is going to happen no matter what we do -- as if iut is fated to be that way, even if you don't actually believe in fate. Right? Insignificant little people like us can't change anything; the world is too big and too hard to understand and thus too hard to control.
I understand, but you're wrong. An a avalanche starts with a tiny pebble. A single drop of water starts the rainstorm. There was a guy who made millions of dollars selling pet rocks. Somebody somewhere decided that Linkin Park made good music. You ever see The Butterfly Effect? Little things make big changes.
So don't give up hope.
