Just because some of us are seniors doesn't mean we don't have a reaction.
We're already a pretty poor district comepared to others in the state and now they want to make us more poor? Why? We can barely afford the things we do have and now we're not going to be able to afford any new books, good teachers are going to be lost, and no one is going to be able to do any sports cause we're not going to have any.
This is a lot of crap. Most people should think about what is really important and start worrying more about the schools then their stupid raises and crap.

Nobody wants to make us more poor; the state is too poor to pay for anything. We are near the bottom of the list for districts with money, but that's because we live in a poor area. It sucks, but that's how it is. It's still necessary to figure out what we can do without and what we can't -- personally I think sports should go, and classroom teachers should stay.
